This novel mainly tells what a person in the Qing Dynasty saw and heard when he was growing up. It looks like it is telling history, but in fact it is just a novel that is used to tell nonsense and stories.
The original title of the novel was "Beijing Danger" because I wanted to write about the evil people's hearts in cities (especially big cities like Beijing). But as a high school student who grew up in the countryside, writing about life in a big city is about the same as watching pornographic movies as a hairless kid. So I simply put the time in ancient times, which no one has ever seen, and no matter how much I talk about it, it sounds reasonable. Written like this, it is quite different from what I originally wanted to write... Who cares! As long as the protagonist is not allowed to run outside the capital, it won't be a tangent... Right?
