Batman Bruce Wayne (guest star), who went to New York to attend the Wayne Group charity event, saw the photo taken by Peter Parker and immediately found Peter and asked him to find Catwoman.
Because Bruce had a lot of business to do in New York, he commissioned Spider-Man to help him find Catwoman.
Peter quickly agreed, and the reward was to help him fulfill his dream and become the chief photographer of a New York newspaper.
