Mo Shangniao, on the shore of Luoshui River, lives for a hundred years.
Its blood will take root when it meets water, and sprout when it meets soil. It is called "Dai" in water, and "Sheng" in land. Together, it is called Mo Shang.
Each Mo Shang flower blooms only once. Once the Mo Shang flower bears fruit, the Mo Shang bird will fly back and swallow the seeds no matter where it is. Because the seeds are poisonous, the bird will die soon, and the seeds will survive on its body after it dies. Until the Mo Shang bird completely rots, it becomes Mo Shang.
