My friend Amina is a Tajik. She has invited me to her hometown before to see the beautiful place there. This time I had the opportunity to go together. The road to Ta County was bumpy and bumpy, and the taxi was driving on a winding mountain road with ravines on both sides. The slope was so steep that it made me tremble with fear. They signaled us to get off in front of a road with a 60-degree slope. Standing on a barren hillside full of rocks, I saw Muztagh Peak. Three hours later, the car finally drove off that mountain road. After lunch, we hit the road again and the road became smoother and smoother. I looked out the car window at the white snow piled on the top of the mountain. Muztagh Peak stands in front like a giant. As we approached Ta County, we stopped by a beautiful lake. Legend has it that the lake is the tears of fairies. Lonely mountain peaks reflect the green lake water, and camels carry tourists walking along the shore. After crossing the lake, the taxi finally drove into Ta County. Stopping at a square with an eagle sculpture, Amina and I dragged our suitcases to this beautiful and clean town.
