"The Life of Mozart" was the first biographical film about Mozart's life that I saw more than 10 years ago. For me at that time, it was very impactful. The whole story was the victory of a humble man. In fact, the perspective of this movie is very biased. Salieri's image in it is sad and hateful, a villain who ruined genius, a hypocrite, and a lunatic. According to the information learned in the following years, Salieri, as Mozart's confidant at the time, did not suffer from such a mourning illness. (A side note here, in fact, in terms of the degree of mourning, Edgar Allan Poe is even worse. At least Salieri still highly approves of Mozart's works. If you want to see how mediocrity can destroy the male god, you can go and watch the Edgar Allan Poe musical, which is guaranteed to be heartbreaking. But for S. B. Juju, it is still worth watching)
