A story of rebirth, love and redemption, life and death, in tribute to Delphine de Vigan.
"My name is Victoria - unlike you, I've already died once."
Fifteen-year-old Victoria Duff is a pride and legend in this small town. She skipped two episodes to enter the senior year of high school. She is the youngest scholarship recipient and has already received a recommendation letter to the Department of Biological Sciences of a well-known university. However, Victoria doesn't think so. She thinks her life is useless: she has never had a date, she was let down at the graduation ceremony, and she can't even ride a bicycle.
On Christmas Eve, Victoria's heart stopped beating after she fainted, but returned to normal within an hour in the morgue. She was diagnosed with only three months left to live, and had to undergo an operation three months later that narrowly missed death.
At this moment, she met the mysterious Russian girl Anastasia. Under her leadership, Victoria experienced many things in three months that she had never done in her life. But she gradually discovered that Anna was not as simple as she thought...
"People always understand loneliness in their own way, but what truly lonely people want is not bread and money. What they need is for you to really share your loneliness with them."
