"Old Stories from Nanping" was born out of a dream of mine.
There were strange terms in the dream: Blue Qiwei, Silent Shoes, Suxi Palace. In the dream, there is a young girl who was originally innocent and lively but often lost her mind; there is a kind palace master who is gentle but strong; there is a sinister, cold and arbitrary ruler; there is a duplicitous, selfish and ruthless bad prince; there is a paranoid and calm woman who hides madness; there is a silent civil organization that firmly adheres to its original intention.
I woke up from the dream and came up with "Old Things in Nanping".
