This is a relatively "snake-spirited" work. One day during the summer vacation, I suddenly had the idea of writing a "little fresh" ghost story, and then this sentence instantly popped into my mind: "Everyone you have hurt will turn into a ghost and seek your life at night."
So, this work was born.
Although it was only a short novella, it took a long time to write due to various reasons, and it took nearly half a month to complete. As a result, the original story plan completely changed. The elements of the ghost story became less and less, and on the contrary, there were more scientific explanations and a sense of suspense. The writing method has also changed from the plain narrative planned at the beginning to a vague description with a lot of foreshadowing.
The story takes place in a small town in the south of the Yangtze River. There is a vague legend of a ghost hunter circulating in the town. The stable and prosperous life of the small town suddenly became stormy and rumors spread because of the mysterious death of a high-ranking official in the capital and the appearance of a mysterious man who looked like a ghost hunter.
The beautiful women in the flower house and the deaths one after another seem to point to a secret past...
