Well, it's probably a story about a lonely girl who is good-for-nothing but lives a peaceful life, and meets a pervert who really likes her.
I don't know if the word "waste" is useful, I just thought of it randomly... In a way, I would have preferred to use "Even I'm a Pervert I Still Like You" as the title of the book, but I finished the cover and I didn't bother to change it.
