Mermaid's Tears - A frothy and beautiful love story
Watching Hans Christian Andersen's "The Mermaid" again, I couldn't help but be moved.
The little mermaid combines all the beauty of human beings. For the love in her heart, she is willing to give up her luxurious life and three hundred years of life, and endures endless torture.
In "The Mermaid Princess", the little mermaid has no tears, but the tears she shed in her heart made me pity her even more. Her sacrifice for love moved me, but she did not win the love of the prince after all, which made me pity her.
Therefore, no matter what the ending of the little mermaid is, I still want her to get the only thing she wants - the love of the prince and the immortal soul.
