[5] Please do not change your name frequently. Column and cover can be changed after three months, and you can apply for it in our store or elsewhere (you can re-apply at our store after four months of canceling the order). PS: Before placing an order, please make sure not to change your pen name or literary name within one month.
[6] Regarding the blacklist: asking for too much, requesting but not receiving, receiving but not using, having a bad attitude towards the shop's art, asking to change the picture without any reason, and making unauthorized changes to the picture will all be blocked. If you ask for the base picture to be changed for the first time, you will be forgiven and the second time you will be blocked decisively. Blacklist time limit: at least 6 months, longer in serious cases!
[7] If you cancel the order after receiving the picture and using it for more than ten days, you will be blocked without explanation.
