At the end of the Qing Dynasty, Suo Zhaha, Minister of the Ministry of War, went to the Tianshan grassland to look for the bloody horse and wanted to present it to Emperor Puyi. The only two remaining sweat horses were found in Huiyuan, Yili, and brought back to the palace. Later, Puyi was driven out of the Forbidden City by the warlords and discarded the sweat horses. Suozhaha, who snatched the sweat horses, witnessed the corruption of the Qing Dynasty and regretted the horse robbery. It was decided to send the bloody horse back to Tianshan.
