Heaven and earth are gods because He is powerful and has no thoughts, and because He is the original being. He created Himself and allowed Himself to sleep with time. When He woke up from his sleep, the unparalleled power turned into twelve sons of power to take care of everything for Him.
The twelve sons of power are the sons of God who are close to God, so they are also called divine kings. They are: loyalty, intelligence, kindness, justice, sincerity, gentleness, tolerance, humility, elegance, tolerance and innocence.
