After many days of research, I decided to use the East Garden in Xidi as the template for the Yuan family courtyard. The East Garden has three halls, divided into the front hall, the main hall, and the living room. I don't have much research on ancient architecture, I don't know the layout, structure, or Feng Shui, so please forgive me if there are any mistakes or inconsistencies. Below I will introduce the Yuan Family Courtyard that I composed.
The Yuan family courtyard is divided into the front hall, the main hall, the back hall, the courtyard and the cool hall. The front hall is a place for receiving guests, the main hall is a place for eating, and the back hall is the residence of the elders (the back hall of Hongcun Chengzhi Hall is borrowed here). The courtyard is divided into three parts: the east is the residence of the Yuan family sisters, the middle is the garden, the west is the residence of the eldest brother and Hao Qin Hao Min (Hao Qin Hao Min is in the front, the eldest brother is in the back), and the veranda is where the private school is held, with five patios in between.
There are still some details that will be explained in the article!
