These two sentences come from Li Shangyin's "Jin Se". This poem is unclear, so there have been many different interpretations. I follow the understanding of Ruchang of the Middle Zhou Dynasty. "Ke" is the same as "He" in ancient poetry. "This feeling can be treated" means "How can this feeling be treated?".
Not to mention some things that I thought about later, I already felt deeply confused even at the time.
