This is a "book" about high school life from 2001 to 2004.
I often struggle with whether to write about these trivial things like sewing and dustpan, but as a teacher, I know better that a piece of eraser from an elementary school student, a dollar from a junior high school student, and a piece of paper from a high school student are all crucial.
In the summer of 2003, when I was a sophomore in high school, I went home to recuperate due to tuberculosis. Looking back on the past, I felt quite sad, so I put down the paper and started writing. The novella "The End of the Car" was completed in 2005, with about 30,000 words. Unfortunately, it was accidentally lost in 2007 when a classmate borrowed it.
After graduating from college in 2008, facing the children of Dou Da University, when I was tired in the dark night, my mind kept wandering to the innocent black boy on the beautiful campus of No. 2 Middle School. If I didn't write about it, I would forget this dream. Finally, I picked up the pen to think about it, and I couldn't extricate myself. Scattered and intermittent, especially last year, I suddenly felt that time was flying by and years were wasted, so I stepped up my attack and finally completed the manuscript.
Work, life, and study are fragmented, and I have no choice but to accumulate them bit by bit on my mobile phone. The original autobiographical nature of "Falling Out" is mixed with many scenes after my work due to my growing up experience, which reduces the authenticity and increases the readability.
I would like to commemorate that dark youth with this "book".
