Legend has it that the Longbei Wall is not a wall, but a mountain. The ancient Southern Dragon King always had a son, so he doted on the little dragon king. However, the little dragon king was naughty and willful, causing trouble everywhere. Until one day, he really got into a big disaster and accidentally burned down the Heavenly Court Shrine. The panicked Little Dragon King returned home, and Heavenly Court would not let him go. In order to save his son, the Southern Dragon King pretended to be the Little Dragon King, lay down at the foot of Panlong Mountain, and accepted the lightning strikes. Seeing his father being burned all over his body and dying, the Little Dragon King felt regretful and guilty. He rushed out to bear the punishment. In order to silence his son, the South Dragon King slammed his head into the diamond wall beside him and died on the spot. "It's the father's fault if he doesn't teach him." The Southern Dragon King believed that he died a worthy death. After his death, his body was transformed into the Dragon's Bei Mountain. After this disaster, the Little Dragon King suddenly realized that he would abide by his duty and be kind to others throughout his life. Later generations renamed Longbei Mountain as Longbei Wall because this wall blocked all the crimes of the Little Dragon King.
