In 1857, a young man named Milo came to London to attend his brother's funeral. However, after the funeral, unexpected changes changed his life. The departure of his brother makes him painful, and facing an ancient vampire who claims to have a "blood contract" connection, Milo will make his own choice. In the context of the American Civil War, the struggle between the Northern and Southern factions of vampires caused him to lose the most important person. The memories that emerged from more than 600 years ago allowed him to regain himself. This is a story about growth, about two eternal beings giving each other redemption. The protagonists are both vampires. They have known each other since the Third Crusade, which spans about 675 years.
