A few years ago, I wanted to write down the deeds of my deceased relatives, the great social changes and major historical events I experienced in the decades from the founding of the Republic to the reform and opening up, and what I saw, heard, thought, and felt in writing. However, firstly, the characters and events involved are complicated, there are many clues, and the time span is too large; secondly, there is no mature consideration of what kind of form it should be written, and there is too much inertia, so it has been delayed to start writing.
Although I have never written anything, I have been thinking about this matter in my heart, as if I have not done what I should have done. In the dark, an inexplicable force, or to be more grand, it is called a sense of mission - is always urging me: Why don't you start writing? So, since November 2012, I have been sitting next to the computer for a few hours every day - and started typing on the keyboard.
Based on my initial thoughts on the writing content, I tentatively titled the book "Nostalgia Diary". I plan to reconsider the title from a macro perspective based on the content after the entire book is written. However, after writing the book, I searched my brains and racked my brains, but I still couldn't think of a more satisfactory and suitable title, so I had to give it up - that's it, let it go.
