Mycroft is very distressed, he has a brother who is worried and naughty. He needed to keep an eye on his brother between the heavy workload, lest Sherlock kill himself.
Fortunately, John Watson appeared. This stuffed teddy bear-like man was simply the miraculous light of Mycroft's life. Oh, don't think wrongly, John has nothing to do with Mycroft. He is Sherlock's partner, follower, butler, and of course his lover.
With John, Mycroft no longer has to worry about Sherlock.
