Several meteorites falling to Earth from alien galaxies carry strange viruses. Humans infected with this virus will become violent and bloodthirsty, and will eventually turn into zombies within a few hours. Only a tiny percentage of people are born with antibodies that make them immune to the virus, and they evolve in the fight.
