Xihe Town is said to be a town, but in fact it is a relatively large village. Xihe Town is surrounded by green mountains on three sides. Mountain springs flow out of the mountains and form a stream that flows through Xihe Town at the foot of the mountain. The creek, whose name is West River, flows through the center of the town and divides the town into north and south sides. The Xihe River will flood for several months in the summer.
