Every year from the end of May to June, the street stalls held by graduates of our school will be lively for a month, and then on June 25th. Graduates leave school.
This happens every year.
Everyone will watch this kind of separation three times, and then, the last time, they will perform it themselves.
In late May every year, the inflorescences of privet form.
Every year in early June, privet flowers bloom.
At the end of June every year, the privet begins to fail.
During the privet blooming season, the tiny yellow-white flowers form large panicles. Looking at the tree from a distance, you can see countless bright yellow stars shining brightly on the blue sea.
Throughout June, the air was filled with an astringent fragrance, like grass juice exuding from newly cut grass, like lotus heart, like kuding tea, or privet flowers.
That is the smell of separation.
