After recently re-reading The Twelve Kingdoms, I have always wanted to read a fanfic, but I couldn't find one I liked, so I wrote one myself. The plot is roughly that after Shang Long killed the Qilin and destroyed the Yan Kingdom because he was tired of it, the new Qilin re-elected the queen to revive the Yan Kingdom. The Xipi type is the controlling and cruel scheming majesty who attacks and complains about the tsundere Qilin.
