I stood in front of the window and looked outside at the "heresies" who were about to be "dealt with."
Why is this happening? God's punishment? Alien trick? Viral epidemic?
I listened to them repeating themselves as if they were praying to my own God.
That trembling of joy from the bottom of my heart... I backed away from the window, not wanting to hear that call from hell, but this made the sound reverberate in my mind more clearly.
