In the twenty-fourth year of the Man Dynasty, in August of the fourth year of Manqi'an, the third Tingling King, Nie's army broke through the Mandu Forbidden Palace. The Man family's court all fled south to Mingjiang River, and in Yezhou they supported Manzhen, the cousin of King Tingling, as the fourth generation, and called him King Bingguan.
