Report from this newspaper: On March 22, the Inner Mongolia Cultural Relics Bureau unearthed a beautifully carved national treasure-level Lantian jade double-shaped flat button rectangular head during a rescue excavation of a Northern Dynasty tomb near Hohhot. The strange thing is that the head is in a rough state without a single word of seal, so the identity of the owner of the tomb cannot be determined. Experts have determined through the identification of the 14th charcoal that the tomb at this location cannot be later than the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. What is even more surprising is that the tomb where the Lantian jade was unearthed was an ordinary small tomb, and the owner of the tomb was a young woman. Apart from the national treasure, no other valuable burial objects were found in the tomb.
