This is Naruto Sasakura's version of Butterfly Lovers. The main story line has not changed, but the specific details have changed significantly. Hyuga Neji is Ma Wencai in the original Butterfly Lovers.
There are three parts in this De Ville series. The first part is Zuo Ying's version of Butterfly Lovers, the second part is Haruno Sakura's version of Hua Mulan, and the third part is a modern time-travel novel, which connects the three parts in series around the love entanglement between Zuo Ning and Sakura.
