Jian Tong's life is divided into three stages. In the first stage, she is Jian Shi's sister and the smart and precocious youngest daughter of the Jian family. She is much loved, lives a happy life, has gentle and capable parents, and is close to her little brother. In the second stage, she is Chu Tong, the little girl adopted by the Chu family to accompany Chu Xuan, a well-behaved and sensible playmate who doesn't make people worry. In the third stage, she is the orphan Jian Tong, a strong and beautiful woman who wants to find her only relative, struggling in the vast world, and wants to carve out a world for herself so that her loved ones can sleep peacefully.
