It was a distant era, an unreachable future era, the cradle of declining human civilization - the earth was divided into five super powerful separatist forces. Except for the Sky Eye Tribe, the other four forces are all tit for tat, each expanding their territory. In order to rebuild their homes, people helped and supported each other, and together they built a large organization that could compete with the five superpowers, called "Century City".
