There is a mysterious group that is rarely known in contemporary mainland China. The members of this group have been traveling independently since they were very young (usually a few years old). This group has no fixed organizational form, no common background and purpose of travel. As for the lack of a definite title, I can only vaguely classify them into one category. I will temporarily call them "wandering children".
The so-called "children" refer to people whose mental state has not yet developed into "adults". They are constantly wandering in the vast land of 9.6 Million square kilometers, doing both extreme and spiritual journeys. During the trip, I occasionally heard their stories and wanted to record them. Sometimes they were the narrators of the stories, and sometimes they were the protagonists of the stories.
