In 1997, the year when Hong Kong Island returned to China, Cai Wei'an met Fifteen. He was nine years old that year, fifteen or eighteen years old. He swayed through the door of her house carrying a basket of sea crabs, and she stood at the threshold with her arms folded and watched.
Two people who are so similar have never gotten close to each other during most of their long lives. Every summer he stood under the fig tree and looked quietly into her house, looking through the autumn water and looking at the spring, summer, autumn and winter of the South.
The second part of "Once Upon a Time in the Southern Country" is a fresh and literary show, so please tune in, "Spring in the Southern Country".
