This is Asura. According to legend, Asura is both good and evil. He is neither human, nor god, nor demon, nurtured by the aura of nature. The Lord Buddha was afraid that he would be used by people in the demon world, so he ferried him to the holy Buddha land in the west. However, the evil nature was still intact, and the devil's blood was still flowing in his body.
