The story takes place in the imaginary 20th century, at the Royal Academy of Magic in England.
Zeny Price Kay Noster, the youngest son of the British royal Noster family. His father, Maura Noster, was a duke of the royal family. He has received royal etiquette training since he was a child, so he was a little gentleman by the time he was a teenager. As he grows up, his appearance becomes more and more handsome. Because he was a little ridiculously handsome, all the ladies from the noble families were vying to get married to him. But Ceni is naturally indifferent, so he declined them all until he met that person.
The man mentioned here, his name is Isaac Gera Cox, Zeni's teacher. His father, Count Cox, died when he was seven years old.
