I have written many stories using Mayday's songs, but some of my favorites have not been completed yet.
"Embrace" is being updated, but Kavin is stuck to death, and I can't write a chapter of "Contentment". "Innocence" and "The Early Days" have been brewing in my head for a year without taking shape... But one night, I suddenly wanted to write a piece of "Tenderness".
I have never tried to challenge the five fandoms before. One is that I prefer realistic stories, but I am not able to control the style of real-life fandoms, especially those with obvious cultural differences.
Furthermore, I don't dare to materialize the Mayday feeling that existed like an emotion in the past, which could be perceived but could not be grasped.
Listening to Mayday's music is a painful but extremely joyful experience. It's like watching your most honest self being cut open by a scalpel, with a little fear and a little confusion, but you are moved, affected, and driven all the time...
No need to pray, no need to be pious.
You just have to be yourself and move forward or look back.
I remember that the first live-action fanfic I ever wrote was about a god that I could truly worship and believe in. That aborted story called "Qili Xiang" has always been engraved in my heart, and only I can see it.
Now, I want to use my own words to write about that May that is everywhere in my memory. The wind blew by in that May, and he smiled, with sparse emptiness in his eyes.
Please remember, the name of that song is "Tenderness".
Once you have it, you will be satisfied. Then, I will give you your freedom.
