After reading this book, I felt very emotional. My family of origin once made me a person with low self-esteem, afraid of gaining and losing. It sounds contradictory, but that is the fact. I can feel that it's not that my parents don't love me, it's just that it's too heavy and makes me feel tortured. Under that strength, I gradually became taciturn. Fortunately, I later met many warm and beautiful people, so I reconciled with myself. But the only regret left is that I could not save my friends who were in the same family pain as me.
