I've been reading a lot of "Big Maid" fanfics recently, and I felt itchy to write one myself.
I like Liuyun's simplicity and arrogance, and I don't intend to change anything. What's more, in that era and that kind of family, no matter how hard she tried, she had almost no chance to change her destiny.
The tragedy of the Shen family is not so much brought about by the Xiao and Fang families as it is a microcosm of that turbulent era. Shen Yuan was indecisive and paternalistic. He was responsible for most of the Shen family's downfall.
