The wind pushed open the window and brought the view into the bookstore. He turned left and right and came to the shelf on the far right. He brushed off the dust and saw the gold thread wrapped around the four characters "Historical Records of the Mang Kingdom". The yellowed paper was repeated over and over again, and finally stopped at one page:
"Mu Cang, the former ninth prince of the Northern Kingdom, succeeded to the throne on Ganri in the 25th year of Jiaming. He changed the country's name from Dong to Mang, changed the reign name to Weishun, and was known as Emperor Mang in history."
Before I could read further, Feng'er passed through a few more pages:
"In the twelfth year of Weishun, Emperor Mang and General Youshang Xiang Chengyan conquered the Southern Kingdom and won a great victory. So far, only Beiqing Kingdom was left."
A few pages later:
"In the eighteenth year of Weishun, General Xiang Chengyan, the general of Youshang, fought a decisive battle with the enemy general Taman on Yanshapo and won. At this point, Emperor Mang unified the land."
