In a sense, "wearing" means that an untimely action occurs at the right time, place, and people, causing a reversal of time and space.
The right time, right place and right people means that the time is right, the place is right, and the people are just right.
Untimely actions can be caused by natural disasters, man-made disasters or even man-made disasters.
