In the final years of the Dayong dynasty, the world is corrupt, order in the martial world has collapsed, and dark currents churn beneath the so-called righteous path. Prestigious clans raise banners proclaiming chivalry while weaving webs in secret. An age of turmoil breeds endless suffering; war smoke blurs right and wrong until no path remains that can save everyone.
Some believe that following one’s heart is what makes a hero. No matter how difficult the road ahead, they refuse to cross the line. Others believe that eliminating threats is what makes one righteous, and willingly step into darkness, shouldering all the blame alone. Travelers meet beneath the bright moon before a tree and walk side by side through wind and rain. When the land’s path finally forks, they wave goodbye.
