Li Baopu is a wood demon.
To be precise, he was an inferior wood demon who had sneaked into the world's number one demon-killing sect, the Qingyun Sect, without being discovered for ten years, and pretended to be harmless to both humans and animals.
She set three rules for herself: first, hide the evil spirit; second, pretend to be useless; third, stay as far away from Senior Brother Mu as possible.
Senior Brother Mu killed countless souls under his demon-slaying sword. She had seen him draw his sword with her own eyes - within seven steps, the fox demon who had practiced for three hundred years had no time to transform into its original form.
From that day on, the third rule became Li Baopu's highest standard.
The medicine he sent her took as poison.
The knife he blocked for her was used as a trap by her.
He stood guard at her door late at night, and she wrapped herself tightly in the quilt and held her breath - he was indeed waiting for a good hour when the night was dark and the wind was high.
Senior Brother Mu wants to kill me. She thought. He just hasn't found the right reason yet.
Until that time they were accidentally exposed to the curse of the great demon, and the two were forced to share the same feelings.
She dreamed of his heartbeat every night, of his body temperature, of the damn peaceful feeling she felt when she pressed her forehead against his chest. She was so hot every night that she could only breathe for a moment.
Then he looked up.
Crash into his eyes as deep as a deep pool.
Plant demon spirits, Chunyang Taoist priests. Everyone has their own agenda, but they are all idiots.
Intention: All things have animism, and good and evil come from the heart. The symbiosis between humans and monsters is not about physical appearance, but morality.
