I was driven mad by the original story and couldn't find any fanfiction, so I wrote my own. Updates depend on my mood
At Thrushcross Grange, Rosa fell for that gentle, clean, bright, fine-featured boy almost at first sight.
And Rosa, Rosalind Earnshaw of Wuthering Heights, had known what she wanted from the day she was born.
So she resolved to make him hers.
Linton: “Miss Rosa, you are beautiful, but I think I'd rather dance with Miss Cathy.”
The firelight from the hearth filled Rosa's green eyes, making them look gentle and bright. But her words were firm. “No, Mr. Linton. At Wuthering Heights, you can only dance with me.”
“...”
“You should be kissing me now, Linton.”
“Miss Rosa...” His voice trembled, and his eyes were wet, like a small animal cornered against a wall. His gray-blue eyes were full of grievances he didn't dare voice. His lips were pursed slightly, and his lashes fluttered as if they were about to drip with tears.
He looked so pitiful.
Rosa thought he was even more adorable.
“That's all right. I'll kiss you, then.”
The dazzling, noble young woman gently lifted the boy's chin.
