Introduction to the work
Jiang Cuo, an illustrator from the south of the Yangtze River, traveled to western Sichuan in search of inspiration, but ended up in a miserable state under the snow-capped mountains due to high altitude sickness. Tenzin, the owner of the B&B, handed over a bowl of butter tea, his eyes as deep as a plateau lake. Jiang Cuo didn't know that it was these calloused hands that saved him in the snowstorm three years ago.
From a bowl of sweet tea to a hada, from whispering blessings on the way to the mountains to looking back in costumes at the horse racing festival, Tenzin's love is restrained and turbulent, like the wind under the prayer flags, silently wrapping Jiangcuo's alienation and exhaustion.
When old scars are recognized, when faith and heartbeat intertwine, the two souls reunite under the snow-capped mountains. The whole process is sweet and cruel, and the ending is a happy ending - when the wind passes by the prayer flags, love also falls on the heart.
