Fable: "A car. A driver. A few lost people. And a road with no idea where it ends."
Ananke is a bus driver.
He drives a car with no end in sight.
The passengers on the car come from wheat fields, grasslands, mazes and ice fields. They come with ears of wheat, wolf teeth, broken mirrors and starlight, as well as questions that they cannot answer.
Who do I want to be?
Why do I exist?
Where is the place I really want to go?
Ananke just listened.
The scenery outside the car window keeps receding.
Some people got off the bus and some continued their journey.
And this car is still moving forward.
The story is still being told and listened to.
Purpose: The work tells the story of people searching for themselves, meaning and answers through an endless journey. We may not be able to find the only truth, but every choice, encounter, and journey shapes the person we eventually become. A story is meaningful not because it reaches the end, but because it actually happened.
