From now on, I will be single-minded and only focus on my heart and the way forward in everything. Temptation cannot sway him, rumors cannot disturb his steps, and difficulties cannot destroy his will. After thousands of sails, you finally build a heart of rock. This is the first state of mind cultivation: stabilize your original mind and then you can stand upright. The second level: keep silent, no need to defend yourself After settling down, the silence gradually faded away from the illusion that the world is most obsessed with - proving to the outside world. In the past, he always explained when misunderstood, argued when criticized, and defended when rejected. He always wanted everyone to understand and recognize him, spending countless efforts just to get the affirmation of others. But there are all kinds of things in the world, thousands of people with thousands of thoughts, different cognitions and different positions, and there is never any real empathy. He gradually understood that true transparency is never about convincing others, but about fulfilling oneself. Since then, he has kept silent, acted magnanimously, and behaved clearly, but no longer deliberately defended himself. He has seen through the helplessness of interpersonal relationships, and understands that most entanglements are meaningless consumption, and most obsessions are self-restraint. Don't be sad or happy when things happen, treat others without bias or stubbornness, and behave calmly and calmly. Cut off the shackles of emotions, let go of unnecessary internal friction, view the world with reason, and spend the rest of your life soberly. Don't indulge in separation, don't suffer from entanglements, and don't trap yourself in favors. This is the third level of mind cultivation: only by being able to overcome emotions can you be able to live calmly in the world. The fourth level: Have the courage to make choices and clearly distinguish between choices. Cultivation of the mind to the last level is the most difficult, the most painful, and the most transparent. In this life, the greatest practice is never persistence, but choice. Over the course of half his life, Shen Jing has held countless "treasures" in his hands: obsession, connections, old feelings, greed, false fame, and unwillingness. These things that he once regarded as treasures and held tightly to him had supported him through the trough, but they gradually became shackles that trapped him and hindered his growth. In the process of choosing, shed off the bloated skin, unload the heavy burden, and live a simple, true and pure life. All the shackles that hinder growth are cut off with my own hands; all the unhelpful distractions of body and mind are kept away. This is the fourth stage of mind cultivation: only by daring to let go of all ties can you gain the great freedom.
