Synopsis
Xia Nan always felt that she was a stupid bird. She would paint things ten times if others could get the effect after just one painting. She had to fight tooth and nail to get opportunities that others could seize easily. But she is not afraid of being stupid. What she is afraid of is that she won't even have the chance to be stupid. She is not the kind of gifted person, she does not have extraordinary aura, and she does not have any talent that is stunning at first sight. What she has is a tenacity that refuses to admit defeat, and an almost stubborn determination that sooner or later she has to take the path she has determined, even if there is a south wall in front of her, she has to break through it before she is willing to accept it. From Suzhou to Shanghai, she walked this road for a long time. What others saw was that she finally stood where she wanted to go, but what others couldn't see was the back of her sitting alone at her desk late at night, the pile of scrapped sketches, the pain in her neck that she needed to be supported by her hands to turn, and those nights spent with bread and milk. She swallowed all her hard work, like swallowing a mouthful of cold water, silently, but every drop was missing. She thought that as long as she worked hard enough, fate would always give her an explanation. Later, she did arrive in Shanghai and met Mu Sheng. Mu Sheng was five years older than her. He was her senior brother and someone she never expected to appear in her life. He doesn't hide his ambition in silence like her. He is more calm and knows how to deal with reality. He made Xia Nan feel for the first time that a person could be sober and gentle at the same time; that someone could gently tell her not to be so hasty when she was running forward desperately. She thought that was when fate finally favored her. But the appearance of some people seems to be specifically here to teach you one thing - not all encounters have an ending, and not all sincerity can reach the end. This is a story about the stupid bird flying first, about dreams, about growth, and about missing out. This story is purely fictitious and any similarity is purely coincidental. Intention: Love may be a required course for growth, but it is by no means the end of life. This is a story about loss, but also a story about recovery. Fate took away the lover she thought was indispensable, but quietly gave her a key to her dream in the middle of the night when she gritted her teeth and persisted countless times. It turns out that those tears shed in love eventually watered the most resilient flowers in the career landscape. Some roads are destined to be walked alone; but as long as you don't give up, there is still light at the end.
