Pseudo-Orthopedics, younger brother Li Heqing and older brother Li Runze, are told from Li Heqing's first perspective. Li Heqing loves Li Runze very much, and Li Runze also loves Li Heqing very much, but Li Heqing's love is more obvious.
Li Heqing lives with someone else. Li Heqing's parents are no longer alive. Li Heqing and Li Runze are distant relatives and have no blood relationship. Li Heqing's custody rights are with his aunt's family. Li Runze originally lived with Li Heqing and Runze's parents to raise him. Later, Li Runze's parents died.
