Ever since I was born, I have had a birthmark on my lower back. The dark mark is like a teardrop hanging on a cross, strange and charming. When I was in high school, I became crazy about that beautiful ancient country. During my training, I accidentally applied for the Department of Archeology at Peking University.
During my studies, I assisted in the history of ancient Egypt, which gave me the opportunity to realize that the symbol-like mark on my lower back was called "Ankh" in ancient Egypt, which means "key of life." It is believed that it opens the door to eternal life.
By chance, our tutor secured a project for our department to go to Egypt for field excavations. In order to study, I flew to Egypt with my senior Meng Ruijun and two other classmates.
As the least proficient in professional courses among my colleagues, I didn't talk much. Only my senior sister, Meng Ruijun, was willing to chat with me.
During the team's field excavation, I dug out a roll of papyrus on the west bank of the Nile River in Lux. Most of the paper was mixed with yellow sand, and the edges were brittle. The ancient handwriting is arranged into a text, which is obviously a burial object. I struggled to decipher the handwriting, but disaster quietly fell behind me.
The tomb passage collapsed and cracked, and the voices of Meng Ruijun and the others gradually became blurred, leaving only the pouring sand and the viscosity of blood in their ears.
When he opened his eyes again, he saw the huge pillars of the temple.
As I drifted into consciousness, the smell of dryness, heat, myrrh mixed with frankincense enveloped me.
The man's voice was extremely low, and he whispered in my ear "ḥꜣswt, rn. K mḏr" in that ancient language that has long since disappeared.
Intention: Love is eternal
