Ship of Theseus.
A ship is made up of its parts. If all its parts were replaced with identical parts, would it still be the same ship?
No one can tell how many years the ship has been tossed in the waves.
When the first plank came loose, they tore it down and replaced it with a new one. The old plank was thrown into the sea, where the foam wrapped around it and it sank, only to be pushed back to shore by another wave and rot in the sand.
Later came the second and third pieces.
Someone piled the old wooden boards they had retrieved on the shore and put them together piece by piece, trying to recreate the original look. But the rotten corners didn't fit into the seams, and the moth-eaten holes let in the wind. In the end, they looked like a pile of crooked bones, glowing green and white in the moonlight.
The original ship is still floating on the sea.
It was equipped with all new parts, but when a certain wave hit, it suddenly remembered the temperature of an old wooden board - that board was the one that protected it from the rocks during the heavy rain that year; one morning, seabirds had fallen feathers on it.
But now, it's new.
People on the shore are still struggling, and ships on the sea are still changing.
And a certain plank of the new ship began to loosen again.
Just an ordinary story...
