Synopsis
Thirty-eight-year-old Lin Shuwan has been meek and tolerant for most of his life, and has become the epitome of countless ordinary women. With a bachelor's degree in fine arts, she was trapped in her self-confidence by the negative education of her native family. She has been cautious throughout her life, habitually accommodating others and humiliating herself. She tried hard to escape her fate, choosing careers, traveling in different places, studying for exams on her own, and paying to study, trying to change her ordinary family background and live up to her parents' cultivation. But life will never be particularly gentle because of hard work. After being married for many years in different places, the marriage is aphasic and cold. There is no communication, no empathy, no sharing, and only a long period of mental consumption. Her husband's career was up and down and he was heavily in debt, so he passed on the pressure of online loans to her, making his already tight life even worse. In order to give her sensitive daughter a stable childhood, she decided to go to Changsha alone with her daughter. She faced obstacles in finding a job, setting up a stall late at night, walking alone on rainy nights, and raising children while sick. In countless difficult moments, she shouldered all the storms alone. The child was seriously ill several times, had high fevers late at night, went to the doctor repeatedly, suffered from cold and fever ailments, and had to make choices between advances and retreats. She was always the only one who took care of everything. The long-term high pressure and the grievances that no one understood made her suffer from emotional breakdown several times, even accidentally hurting her children and causing self-loathing. Then she hugged and reconciled late at night and redeemed herself. When her down-and-out husband settles in the same city, trivial housework, conflicts of ideas, debts, and cold violence are completely exposed. The fate of two generations of women who have endured hardship overlaps with her. She finally came to her senses: Compromising and seeking perfection could not bring about a happy family, and a repressed mother could not raise a relaxed child. In order to end the cycle of suffering from generation to generation, Lin Shuwan was determined to break out of the marriage dilemma, break away from the shackles of his origin, and rebuild his life. She transformed from scratch to deeply engage in the early education and baby care industry, healed and grew up amidst the trivial fireworks, and took root in the years when there was no one to support her. This is a situation where ordinary people quietly break the situation. She did not strike back with sudden wealth or cling to new relationships. She weathered the storm with gentle resilience. Finally, after moving for the sixth time, she had a small home that belonged to both mother and daughter. She lived with self-esteem and confidence, protected her children's bright future, and completed half-life redemption. Purpose: This book focuses on the real plight of contemporary middle-aged women, and deeply explores four major realistic propositions: native fate, aphasic marriage, parenting anxiety, and self-improvement. Breaking the inherent secular understanding that "a complete marriage must be maintained for the sake of children", it conveys the true core of family education: the mother's self-healing is the best education for the child; women must first perfect themselves before they can support their children and live a stable life. It writes about the struggle and rebirth of ordinary women in the midst of marital exhaustion, muddy life, and intergenerational trauma. There is no cheating and counterattack, only down-to-earth self-healing and perseverance. Tell all women trapped in life: suffering can be ended, destiny can be rewritten, no matter how old you are in life, you always have the right to break through and be reborn.
